POSTPONEMENT FORM
Unfortunately, our team has spent a substantial amount of time and incurred many fixed expenses for this year's event that we will not be able to recover. Choosing to keep or donate a portion of your ticket will go a very long way during these unprecedented times.
With that said, we understand that everyone is dealing with the impacts of this crisis in their own ways and we want to support our Awakened Family in every way that we possibly can, so we are offering the option of full refunds (minus service fees) to all of those in need.
If you are able to support us, your purchases will be fully honoured and transferred to a future Awakened Festival of your choice (2021, 2022 or 2023). We would like to offer two amazing incentives for those who wish to support by holding on to their tickets for a following year:
FREE THURSDAY PASS
This would have been our first year offering a full third day and night of both workshops and music with our new early bird tickets. We were about to announce these details when the crisis happened. All attendees who choose to carry forward their 2020 tickets will be given a FREE early entry pass for the same year in which they choose to redeem; either 2021, 2022 or 2023. This $80 Ticket Value Includes Prime camping selection, a variety of workshop offerings, the first look at our brand new stage designs, and an amazing surprise DJ lineup.

A Thursday only discount on all onsite merchandise.
All customers who have selected the transfer option will have their tickets automatically applied to 2021. The exact dates of next year's festival will be released at least five (5) months prior to the event. If you are unable to make it to next year's dates, simply send us an email through our website stating that you are unable to redeem your ticket for 2021 and would like to hold onto your transfer for future years. We will honour all ticket redemptions for the next three (3) years regardless of future event price increases.
Applications will be available for 30 days. Purchases will be automatically applied to 2021 for non-responders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By selecting to transfer your tickets, the exact transaction ID will be transferred to the future event regardless of future event pricing. Unique links will be sent out five (5) months before the festival. If you change your email address prior to receiving the link, please notify us immediately. Honoured purchases will be transferred to future events regardless of event pricing. Refund (minus service fees) will be issued within thirty (30) business days. Those who have chosen to donate their purchase or a partial refund amount have agreed to the amount that they have selected on the form. The donation will be deducted from the refund amount minus service fees.
By selecting "I agree" and submitting the form, you are acknowledging you have fully read, understand, and agree to the Acknowledgment and the Terms & Conditions as presented, that you are of legal age to consent to this agreement, and that you are choosing this option in exchange for any Release of Claim against Awakened Music Festival Inc. and its employees arising from your purchase and the postponement of the event.
