Email a screenshot of your 2020 ticket information to awakenedmusicfestival@gmail.com.

Step Two:

Since the original ticketing company we used in 2020 is no longer in business, we are processing all requests manually through E-Transfer. Click the link below to fill out your refund request.

Once we receive your information, you will be added to our list for review and processing. Please note that this audit process will take some time, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

Our goal is to have all refunds finalized by the end of this year. We understand the importance of your time and commitment, and we sincerely thank you for your understanding.
